Frequently Asked Questions

Can I join my child on the pony ride?
Parents are welcome to follow along on the pedestrian pathway next to the horse track.

Alternatively, you are welcome to leave your children with us and enjoy a break with a cup of coffee at the Entertainment Quarter.
What do I need to bring?
We have helmets and boots in various sizes available for rent free of charge. You are also welcome to bring your own equipment, and we will check if it fulfills the safety standards. Most importantly, bring an excited heart and look forward to the ride.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the scheduled ride. This gives you time to greet some of our horses, prepare for the ride, and ask any questions.
What should I wear?
Long pants, a top with sleeves (long or short) and long socks are recommended for riding. We strongly encourage arriving to our stables in closed toe shoes for safety reasons.
Can I go fast during the ride?
Unfortunately no. Our park rides are conducted in walk only. If you want to ride faster, we recommended booking lessons with us, which take place in our various arenas.
What happens if it is raining?
If it is raining, we will assess the weather conditions to determine if the ride can proceed safely and as intended. In the event of heavy rain or unsafe conditions, we will reschedule your ride or offer a refund. Please contact us for updates on weather-related cancellations.
